IS THIS SITE SECURE?
Shopping online with us is very secure. Personal information provided by you is processed through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology. All transactions are encrypted and we do not retain credit card information on our site or in our system.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship anywhere within Canada.
IS EVERYTHING IN YOUR STORE AVAILABLE ONLINE?
No - not even close. Although are constantly adding products to our online store (both new and sale items), our physical location contains many brands and items which are not featured online. For best selection, visit us at 735 Main Street, Moncton, New Brunswick. If you're looking for something specific that you can't find - please reach out to us and we will be happy to help however we can.
DO PRICES DIFFER ONLINE AND IN-STORE?
Regular prices are the same online as in our physical store. Promotions and sales often vary online and in-store.
CAN I PICKUP MY ONLINE PURCHASE IN-STORE?
Absolutely. You can pick up any online purchase in-store at no extra charge. Proceed through the checkout process and, after entering your address, simply select "Pickup In-Store". It will be here waiting for you when you arrive.
WHAT ABOUT ALTERATIONS?
We are pleased to offer the same in-store tailoring service for items purchased online or in-store. If purchasing online, simply select the "Pickup In-Store" option, or visit the store at your convenience with your recent purchased item. As always, basic alterations are free on all regular-priced merchandise, whether purchased online or in-store.
CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE PURCHASE?
Whether you made your purchase online or in our store, we will be happy to exchange your item or refund your money in the same form of payment within 14 days of purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged in person at 735 Main Street, Moncton, New Brunswick. If you are unable to return your purchase in person, you can send it to us at:

When returning purchases they should be in their original condition with tags attached and receipt included. Undergarments, swimwear and merchandise discounted 50% or more are final sale. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We recommend sending all shipments using a traceable shipping service with insurance.
I'M AN EXISTING CUSTOMER, DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT?
Yes. Unfortunately, our eCommerce site does not access our in-store customer database. You are welcome to checkout as a "Guest", or you can setup an account and proceed to the checkout.
WHAT ABOUT MY LOYALTY POINTS?
Unfortunately, our eCommerce site does not access our in-store customer database. As such, online purchases are not linked to your customer profile and do not automatically gain loyalty points. We invite you to send us an email or mention your purchases when visiting our store and we will be happy to add your loyalty points for you with proof of online purchase. Loyalty rewards and promotions are currently redeemable in-store only and cannot be applied to online purchases.
